Questions and Common Issues
I just purchased Dropzone but I haven't received my license key.
Check your spam folder. We sent your license to the email address your PayPal account uses.
If you paid via credit card then we send the license key to the email address you provided during checkout.
If you're unable to access your PayPal email address or still haven't received your license key after a few hours drop us an email and we'll sort it out. You should normally receive your license within a minute or two.
I lost my license key.
Put your email address in on this page and we'll send it to you again.
My license key isn't working.
Try disabling Little Snitch or any other firewall software that you have running and try again.
If you're really stuck, email us.
Can I use my license key to register Dropzone on multiple Macs?
Certainly! As long as you are the user of the license that's fine. You do not need to purchase a separate license for each of your Macs.
What's your upgrade policy?
There will be free updates via Sparkle to all users up until at least Dropzone version 2.0. Since we're still at version 0.3, that's a lot of free updates.
