I move files to a folder on a server volume a lot. But I always have to mount that server volume first. It would be nice when the server volume is mounted automatically by the move/copy action.

I do not use that row very much. So it is more logical to have those options only in the preferences.
The add to grid option already has the small plus sign at the top of the window. I therefore think that the big plus sign can be removed. The drop bar icon can be made into a small 'drop bar' icon next to the small plus sign. Or ban these options to the preferences or make an option ( in the preferences) to hide the first row.
