So, I got answer from the dev in twitter.

@aptonic I love the Dropzone, only one thing is missed for me, is running the actions from CLI or at least adding files to DropBar from CLI.

@glavir That is my #1 top wanted feature right now. I am rolling out an update to add SFTP and after that update I will be working on this.
