Topic: Moving files within a drive is as slow as copying

Whenever I drop a file(s)/folder(s) onto the move action I've setup, Dropzone copies the files/folders to the destination, which becomes time consuming when the file sizes are large and the destination is a folder on the same volume.

Have you upgraded to Dropzone 0.4? It fixes this issue - see http://aptonic.com/blog/dropzone-0-4-released/

Re: Moving files within a drive is as slow as copying

This issue was resolved as soon as I upgraded, but now there's another bug: the progress bar remains static when moving files to a USB drive.

Re: Moving files within a drive is as slow as copying

I'm not aware of any issues when copying to a USB drive. Make sure you are running the latest version (currently 0.6) and see if you still have problems.

If it's still failing, open the Dropzone preferences and do Cmd+Shift+D then paste me all output from the debug console after the failed move.
